All content, trademarks, and materials on PureAuro are owned by PureAuro or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works without written permission.

Training is for educational purposes. Outcomes vary by context and practice. We make no guarantees of specific results. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureAuro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or law. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Venue lies exclusively in San Francisco, California.
